La Casa nei Vigneti is a charming 18th-century farmhouse that has been renovated to its original architectural features with anti-seismic adaptation. The property consists of two structures, the main house and an annex, accommodating up to ten people. The house is set in an estate of about 50 hectares planted with vineyards and olive groves, located between the massifs of the Maiella and Gran Sasso and the Adriatic coast of the famous Trabocchi. The villa features a large open-plan area with vaulted ceilings, a cozy living area with fireplace, billiard room with sitting area, dining room connected to the kitchen with pantry, communicating with the pergola with wood oven. The property also includes a beautiful swimming pool in a panoramic position and a well-kept garden surrounding the house. Guests can enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners under the white wisteria-covered pergola or relax under the majestic oak while contemplating the beautiful hilly landscape. Pets are allowed at € 50 per animal per week.
