On the top of a hill, deep in the Italian countryside, you'll find this impressive villa. Surrounded by six hectares of olive trees and fruit trees, it's a secluded spot where you can kick back and relax in perfect peace. The interior has been recently renovated, blending together traditional Tuscan elements with a more minimalist, Nordic style. The downstairs level has an inviting living room perfect for chilling out with a good book, along with a yoga room where you can stretch away your stresses. Upstairs, you'll find a selection of beautiful bedrooms that guarantee a great night's sleep, and even with a hydro massage tub and shower. The outdoor space is just as impressive, with private gardens to roam through and a wonderful alfresco dining space where you can serve up a delicious homemade pizza, fresh from the wood-fired oven. And, of course, the glittering swimming pool is waiting for you when the temperature rises. The house has views across to Castello dei Vicari, a historic fortress in the town of Lari. It takes less than ten minutes to drive into the town, where you can wander through the medieval streets and soak up the sense of history. Culture... vultures will also be happy that both the city of Pisa and the port of Livorno are within a forty-minute drive. Meanwhile, fans of the great outdoors will be delighted by the opportunities to go hiking, mountain biking, and horse-riding through the stunning Tuscan landscapes.
