This wonderful little village rests along the coast of County Donegal in Ireland, and is an excellent base for those looking to enjoy the region's delights. Downings is a popular tourist spot, home to a small choice of places to eat, as well as hosting a lively bar and a handy shop. The glistening coastline rests right on your doorstep, offering walks and cycle routes aplenty, not forgetting the scenic Rosapenna Golf Pavilion. The Glenveagh National Park is within reach, a magnificent deer forest hosting a lake, castle and towering mountains. Thriving Letterkenny is also accessible by car, lined with vibrant buildings and hosting much to see and do.
