Access to the property is via a shared entrance, with stairs leading to the first floor where the apartment is located. Upon entering the apartment, you ll step into a welcoming entrance hall leading to an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the lounge area, there are comfortable sofas that make for a peaceful place to relax and watch your favourite TV programmes or admire the outstanding views over the beach through the patio doors. The dining area has a small table, while the compact kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There are three bedrooms: one king size, one double and one single, all with fantastic beach views. Completing the accommodation is a well equipped bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is allocated parking for one car at the rear of the property in the car park.
