The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, wine chiller, a dining area with seating for four people, a sitting area with a Smart TV with Freeview, DVD Player, iPod Dock, Nintendo Wii, a selection of books, games and DVDs, as well as a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a Smart TV with Freeview and an en-suite bathroom, and a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a Smart TV with Freeview, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a sea-facing balcony with furniture, a communal garden and private parking for one car. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.3 miles, a pub, and within 0.4 miles, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, an additional DVD player, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A highchair, travel cot and booster seat are also available. Area
Carbis Bay, a popular, coastal resort, rests on the north east shores of Cornwall. Whilst Carbis Bay offers visitors access to a stunning beach, a spa, ample shops and eateries, along with access to Steeple Woodland, it also rests close to the towns of St Ives and Hayle; so visitors can enjoy various activities and sights without needing to venture far. The village also backs onto the South West Coast Path, making for an ideal location for walkers wishing to explore as many of Cornwall's coves, beaches and seaside settlements as possible.
