• If you'll be arriving between 8pm and 10pm, you'll be charged a late arrival fee of €25

• The cleaning fee includes 2 hours per day. For any additional cleaning services, it costs an additional €15 per hour and this is upon request.

• Porters are mandatory to reach the house with a fee of 10€ per luggage to be paid on site.
