Located in the countryside, this villa boasts unobstructed views of forest-covered valleys, yet it's only 13 kilometres from Viareggio and the Tuscan coast. Outside, there’s a swimming pool that is only 0.9 meters deep, making it ideal for children, and a dining area for breakfasts in the sunshine. The furnished pergola comes in handy on cooler days, and the open-plan lounge-diner is the perfect space for evening entertaining. Just so you know, the track leading to the home is narrow, and access with a large car can be a challenge.

Please note, access to the villa is via an unpaved track.
The swimming pool (open from May to September) isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. Your host can also provide a cot and high chair upon request.
