Situated in a peaceful cul de sac close to the local church in Burnham Deepdale, this property enjoys a quiet and safe location. The village itself boasts a petrol station a range of shops and a very popular cafe serving delicious locally produced food. A short stroll will bring you to the well known White Horse pub, perfect for enjoying a hearty meal at the end of a long walk. With the North Norfolk Coastal Path passing almost directly behind the cottage, there is no need to use the car to access the breath taking scenery of this fantastic shoreline. Inside, the property is spacious and inviting, with light and airy rooms and plenty of homely touches. The kitchen is a sunny room overlooking the garden, with a small breakfast table, electric oven, hob and grill, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
