This semi detached farmhouse offers a beautiful retreat for families and friends to relax in the Cornish countryside, whilst being a short drive away to a great mix of local amenities you wish to enjoy. Bude has an array of activities including paddle boating up the canal, ten pin bowling, and of course the golden beaches, in which you are spoilt with a choice of three. Attractions elsewhere include The Milky Way Adventure Park, North Devon Wake Park and Clovelly which is rich in history, all under 12 miles away. As you enter the farmhouse hallway it immediately opens up with the lounge on your right hand side, equipped with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and wood burner. Perfect for enjoying your favourite movie in front of the fire on those chillier nights. Heading across the hall from the initial lounge you will find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen area boasting comfortable seating, TV and open fire. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
