Surrounding the village are some of the most picturesque walks in the county, with the Tall Trees Trail Circular starting and finishing in the village. Also located within 10 miles are the Brockenhurst Donkey Walks, Foxlease Activity Centre and Longdown Activity Farm. The village itself offers a host of places to eat and drink, including cafes, tea rooms, and Indian restaurants; with the nearest pub being just 30 metres away. Guests are welcomed into the property via the entrance hall, with a useful downstairs toilet. The hall leads through into a generous sitting/dining room; bathed in natural light thanks to windows on three sides. A cosy sitting area features a sofa and chair, with a variety of attractive antique furniture throughout and a warming feature fireplace. Guests will benefit from a lovely Smart TV in the sitting room, ideal for keeping children entertained or settling down as a family in the evenings. The dining room features a table and chairs for six guests, which in turn leads through to the kitchen. Featuring a range of appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and hob with oven, the kitchen is well equipped and ideal for rustling up a hearty meal. For those evenings when you don t want to cook, guests can embrace the variety of local restaurant choice. A charming conservatory with pretty furniture leads out into the enclosed garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one hosting a king size bed with ample wardrobe space, and the other enjoying a sunny dual aspect and benefiting from a double bed. A bathroom on the first floor is equally bright, with a shower over the bath.
