There are plenty of beautiful beaches and towns along the nearby coast, easily accessible by bus, boat or even steam train, or why not take in the amazing views walking along the South West Coast Path. Step through the stable door into the open plan lounge featuring wooden flooring with underfloor heating, a comfortable four seater sofa, smart TV with DVD player and a radio/docking station. Take the winding stairs up to the first floor to access the twin bedroom which is light and airy and features a quaint window seat for admiring the sensational sea views, the beds being zip and link can also be made into a double if requested at the time of booking. Also on this floor is a shower room with underfloor heating, walk in shower, WC and wash basin. Further winding stairs lead up to the second floor, where you can again admire the stunning views across the harbour, Torbay and beyond from the window seat in the spacious double bedroom with king size bed. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. Also on the second floor is a small child s bedroom with three quarter sized single bed. This room could also be used for a baby s cot or additional storage for luggage. To the front of the property is a bistro style table and chairs for enjoying drinks as the sun goes down. A further communal lawned garden area can also be used which is shared with neighbouring properties.
