The breakwater is an impressive 0.5 mile long structure which allows visitors to walk out and enjoy the views back towards the town. At the foot of the breakwater is the town s main beach, and you can find a coffee shop/bistro which makes a delightful place for breakfast or lunch. Just a few minutes walk from the property, is the town s famous harbour, home to the heritage fishing fleet, as well as a number of tour boats which give visitors the opportunity to explore the whole of Torbay, and perhaps even spot the dolphins who visit from time to time.
