The open-plan living space houses a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating and a Smart TV. The bedrooms include a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower and a twin with Smart TV, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a decking and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.9 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note pets and smoking are not tolerated. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Choose Fairways 34 for a wonderful escape to Somerset. Note: There are steps leading up to the decking, please take care. The village of Brean is situated on the Somerset coast, between ever-popular Weston-super-Mare and delightful Burnham-on-Sea. Less than 10 miles away is the traditional seaside town Weston-super-Mare, offering awarding-winning sandy beaches, donkey rides, water sports, restaurants and shops as well as the Playhouse, Winter Gardens and the Grand Pier. Burnham-on-Sea is also within easy reach and boasts seven miles of unspoilt sandy beaches, sailing, fishing, a theatre, cinema, swimming pool and sports academy, gardens, bi-annual food and drink festivals, live music, Guy Fawkes carnival, and a 36 hole championship golf course.
