Other family attractions and places of interest nearby include Barnstaple, with market and high street shops, Exmoor Zoo, Watermouth Castle, Dinosaur and wildlife park as well as other coastal towns such as Combe Martin, Morethoe and Ilfracombe. The double aspect sitting room has French oak flooring and an attractive fireplace with electric fire, whilst the separate dining room has a lovely herringbone wood block floor with plenty of room for everyone to formally dine, as well as a newly fitted electric fire for those cold nights. This leads through to a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and the ground floor double bedroom. There is also a very useful WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor, the master bedroom has a walk in shower, there is also an attractive sink and good sized wardrobe.
