The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, a living/dining room with seating for four people, a TV and a sofa bed which can be arranged for two. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request), serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed balcony with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop, and within 0.6, a pub, and please note that one pet is welcome however smoking is not permitted. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Sofa can be made up to accommodate 2 people on request.
