The tourist village of Pitlochry is 18 miles away and has great walks to the Fish Ladder Dam, or for whisky enthusiasts, take one of the fantastic tours at Blair Atholl Distillery (19 miles). Also worth a visit is the historic Braemar and Royal Deeside 21 miles north over the mountain, Cairnwell. Alongside the abundance of forest and mountain walks, you may want an adrenaline buzz. Local activity providers run year round activities including rafting, clay pigeon shooting and quad biking whilst canyoning and adventure tubing are available in the summer. You are only 12 miles south of the Glenshee ski area with some of the best on and off piste skiing to be had in Scotland. Arriving at this single level property, you are greeted by stunning views of the countryside and hills of Mount Blair and Over Craig via the large patio door in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
