A short stroll leads you through the quaint little lanes of Appledore with its quayside, Maritime Museum, galleries, shops and many traditional family pubs. Explore North Devon with a visit to The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal and many more. The two mile beach at Westward Ho! is just a short drive, as are the sand dunes at Instow. Leisure facilities including swimming, tennis, golf, riding and much more are close by. The accommodation is arranged over three storeys. As you enter the property a small snug/lounge is to your right with Smart TV/DVD and Xbox, further on the room opens out to an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, overlooking the decked balcony and having excellent river views. Stepping outside a rear enclosed lawn garden with secure storage for bikes/surfboards and rear pedestrian access. The decked balcony has garden furniture. A front garden area can be accessed around the side of the property and has a gate leading to the allocated off road parking area for one car. There is also roadside parking nearby.
