This property is conveniently located in the fishing village of Appledore, enjoy walks through the quaint streets and bustling quayside, where you can watch the fisherman and enjoy the views across the river to Instow. Instow offers a sandy beach and the North Devon Yacht Club for sailing enthusiasts, also with restaurants and a shop. Close by, are the golden sands of Westward Ho! beach, where you can spend a day relaxing or have some fun in the amusements. The market towns of Barnstaple and Bideford are also close by with shops and restaurants. From Barnstaple join the Tarka Train Line and spend the day in Exeter. Also worth a visit and fun for all the family are The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Tapeley Park and Arlington House. Entering the property, you will find the stylish kitchen/diner with views that look out over the river.
