This property is within walking distance of Bideford where you will find lots of independent shops and cafes to enjoy a coffee or an ice cream. Catch the ferry from the quay across to Lundy Island which is just 3 miles long, and see the local sea life such as puffins or enjoy a pint in the only inn on the island. Alternatively, the fishing village of Appledore is only 3 miles away with a plethora of craft shops and places to eat. 8 miles away is RHS Rosemoor set in 100 acres of woodland. Other attractions include The Big Sheep, Dartington Crystal and Clovelly, which are all within 12 miles. You will access the property through the porch door and enter the hallway which leads you into the cosy lounge where you will be able to relax on the comfy sofas and watch a film on the Smart TV. There is a feature fireplace with a wood burner effect electric fire. There is a separate dining room with a large table to enjoy sociable breakfasts and dinners together and, on the cooler evenings, you ll want to light the wood burner and enjoy a cosy evening in watching something on the TV/DVD and relaxing on the two comfy chairs. Patio doors lead into the garden from here. From the dining room, you will enter the kitchen which has everything you need including an electric oven with gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
