Situated in the heart of Appledore, this gorgeous cottage is a short walk from the quayside and the village s shops, pubs, art galleries and restaurants. Beach lovers can take the 40 minute journey to Croyde beach, or head in the other direction to Westward Ho! s beach, where you will also find a selection of shops, restaurants and the Royal Devon Golf Club. Instow is just a quick car journey away, whilst the historic village of Clovelly is also easily reached, so you can explore the cobbled streets to your heart s content. There are also many family attractions in the area including The Big Sheep, Arlington Court, Dartington Crystal and The Milky Way. This idyllic cottage is decorated in a tasteful, contemporary style throughout. The bright and airy lounge is equipped with a TV, Blu Ray player (also plays DVDs), Freeview and a feature wood burner (first basket of logs included). The kitchen/diner includes a gas hob and oven, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The dining area has a table and seating for four people. Upstairs, there is one double bedroom with a wardrobe, feature fireplace, two bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Also on the same floor, there is a beautiful, light twin room with a shared bedside table. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over bath and WC. Outside is a small decked courtyard with garden furniture (table and chairs), ideal for a delicious meal on a summer evening.
