Conveniently located, it offers easy access to shops, restaurants, nearby attractions, and the historic quay all within 0.2 miles of your doorstep. Instow is a quick 5 mile journey away which you can see across the river and offers a sandy beach and a great spot for paddle boarding or kayaking. The historic village of Clovelly is also easily reachable at 13 miles away, allowing you to wander its charming cobbled streets at your leisure. The vicinity boasts numerous family friendly attractions, including The Big Sheep (4 miles), Dartington Crystal (10 miles), and The Milky Way (11 miles). Step inside the cottage and you ll find the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area ready to cosy you in with its homely touches throughout. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas with a gas fireplace and a Smart TV in the corner. Board games and books are aplenty to help you unwind or get competitive in the evenings. The kitchen comes fully equipped and provides a spacious area to prep meals and adjacent to this is the dining table which can seat all guests.
