Beach lovers can take a slightly longer drive to Croyde beach, or head in the other direction to the golden sands of Westward Ho! s beach, here are typical seaside attractions as well as the Royal Devon Golf Club, just a short drive away. Instow is a quick car ride, or in season there is a passenger ferry that can take you across the estuary to the sand dunes and restaurants over the water. The steep cobbled streets of Clovelly are well worth a visit and the nearby family attractions include The Big Sheep, Arlington Court, Dartington Crystal and The Milky Way. This is a traditional cottage, yet it is furnished and decorated in a contemporary style throughout.
