This property is located in the lovely fishing village of Appledore, with its quaint narrow streets, attractive village quay where local fishermen can be seen returning with the day s catch, and choice of pubs and restaurants.

Visitors can take the ferry across the estuary, taking them to the neighbouring village of Instow, where they will find the yacht club and a small, pretty beach. For a larger beach, Westward Ho! is just a few minutes drive away, and boasts a wonderful two mile wide sandy beach, complete with surf academy.
