This delightful cottage sits in one of Bideford s oldest streets and offers glimpses of the River Torridge. A stone s throw from St Mary s Church and bell tower, this quaint setting is a short stroll from Bideford town centre and a short stroll to the town s Victoria Park, Burton Art Gallery, The Pannier Market and many independent shops. A selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants are dotted throughout the town and the bustling quayside still offers a welcome resting place for ships and fishing boats. The arched bridge is illuminated at night and is the signature of this Little White Town . Sandy beaches, quaint fishing villages at Appledore and Clovelly and estuary beach at Instow are all a short drive. Stepping up into the property you have the lounge to your right with comfy sofas, feature fireplace with wood burner effect electric fire and Smart TV/DVD.
