Description Pixie: Berlin

Right next to Nordbahnhof Park, we find Pixie. It feels a little generic when it comes to furniture (there’s a lot of IKEA), but we love the huge windows that let in a lot of light. This part of Mitte isn’t the most lively, but you’re well-connected to the rest of Berlin via Nordbahnhof Station (it's only a three-minute walk away).

Home truths:
*The host only rents out this home for longer periods of time – which is why a rental agreement needs to be signed and a deposit needs to be paid directly to the host
*The kitchen is a little worn in places – some of the utensils and amenities could do with an update
*The decor is slightly lacking in character
*There’s currently no home manual
*Guests 3 and 4 would be on a sofa bed in the living room
*The balcony is a nice touch, but it’s very close to the neighbouring balconies – don’t expect a lot of privacy
