• "Our stay at Berllan was outstanding."

  Very comfortable, spotless accommodation and absolutely everything one would need in the kitchen. We had he BEST time. Fantastic weather which was the cherry on the top. Communication with the host was brilliant. Very quick to answer any questions and we were made to feel incrediblely welcome. The welcome pack was delicious. 10/10 customer care. Perfect location to. Everything like pubs, restaurants, grocery shops and coffee shops all close by. The review box isn't big enough for all the fantastic and lovely comments a stay at Berllan has to offer. 100% would visit again.

• "As grandparent’s we have just returned from a weeks holiday with our daughter, son in law and three grandchildren staying at Berllan."

  What a lovely half term week we’ve enjoyed. This probably has to be the best holiday home we’ve ever stayed at. I took some kitchen items on our holiday only to find they were provided for us there, such a well stocked kitchen with all you needed provided. The house is wonderfully decorated and the extremely clean which was important to us as sometimes we’ve stayed at places where this was badly lacking. The large garden and hot tub was an added bonus. Our grandchildren aged 8, 6 and almost three loved it and wanted to stay longer! The owners were very helpful and accommodating and we will definitely be going back. Thank you to them from us all.

  The only negative point is it would be nice to have locks on the bathrooms and downstairs WC for privacy. Thank you for a lovely stay.

• "Spent 7 wonderful days over the Christmas period with family (6 adults and 2 children) at this delightful house."

  The property is definitely 5 star, has everything anybody could ask for, the owners, Mandy and Steve should be really proud. Prior to us arriving, I spoke with Mandy to ensure we had the key code etc she made us feel really welcome even before we arrived. House was immaculate, interior design superb and plenty of room for all the family. Welcome Pack was also left for us containing "goodies" and a nice bottle of Prosecco to toast on Christmas Day during lunch. We used the hot tub which was really nice after conquering some long coastal walks and plenty of visits to the Ship Inn, which was approx 35/40 minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend to others for a nice, quiet, relaxing break. Thanks again to Mandy & Steve .

• "Honestly one of the best holiday cottages we have stayed in and we stay in a few every year."

• "We have just spent a week in this fabulous property."

  Immaculate inside and out. Well equipped with everything you need. The owner Mandy was lovely and on hand to show us around and how things worked. This is the best rental property I have ever stayed in. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return myself in the near future. Shelley

• "Berllan house is a beautiful holiday home with plenty of room for a family."

  The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. We particularly liked the open plan kitchen/living area and we used the lounge as a quiet space. The 2x ovens/fridges etc were great for family meals and we had a dinner party and everything was there we needed, 3xcept a garlic crusher. The grandchildren loved the hot tub. Pros: Beds were a little soft for us. Sofa placement in lounge meant difficult to see tv and it was placed too high on wall I recommend lowering the tv. The pillows are flat and recommend replacing. Bath is narrow. Table only had x6 chairs. No tumble dryer as advertised! Towels were small. We would return, thank you Mandy and Steve.

Everything else has been noted and will be checked over as for pillows each bed should have one firm and one softer pillow . but shall look into this too. Thank you . it was lovely to meet you all. • "Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing!"

  It was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. The kitchen, living areas were spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The attention to detail in every room made us feel right at home, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better birthday weekend and will definitely be returning

• "We have recently stayed at Berllan for a family birthday celebration and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place."

• "We had a fabulous week at Berllan."

  The house is amazing. We loved the large spacious kitchen/family room where we could all spend time together. The house has everything you could possibly need and more for a week’s holiday. All the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The showers were lovely with good water pressure and spotlessly clean. Our Grandchildren loved playing in the garden and we enjoyed watching them from the comfy outdoor furniture or the hot tub which was a real treat. Communication with Mandy before and during our holiday was great. Thank you Mandy and Steve for being such great hosts.

• "The owner greeted us when we arrived at the property, she was lovely and gave us a quick tour and showed us how things worked."

  The house was amazing all rooms were spotlessly clean and very spacious, the garden was great for the kids to run around unsupervised as it’s fully enclosed. • "The property was more than we expected and was very comfortable."

  The kitchen had plenty of utensils, the best equipped we have experienced in a rental property. We did have a minor issue, but this was resolved promptly and professionally, which I can only thank Mandy & Steve for their attentiveness at all times.   It was immaculate, modern, spacious and spotless! 8 of us had the best weekend celebrating my 50th birthday. The large open plan kitchen area made it very sociable and we loved the hot tub. • "Berllan is a lovely holiday home for families looking to get break away."

  It is well looked after and the owner was really helpful in many ways. The house is wonderful place to relax and the open plan layout makes it easy for the family to enjoy time together be it relaxing on the comfy sofas or preparing a meal together. We really had a great time together despite the weather being a bit mixed.

• "This was by a mile the best Sykes property we have stayed in, and we give it 10/10."

  I would like to thank the hosts, Steve & Mandy who made us feel very welcome and were at the end of the line should we have any issues. The cakes etc on arrival were very much appreciated. Berllan was absolutely stunning, a large and spacious property perfectly located to explore the island of Anglesey and everything it has to offer. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable and all the fittings and equipment were of a very high standard. If you book this property you will NOT be disappointed. We were able to see Red squirrels at the Dingle and then in the evening return to Berllan and relax in the private garden and enjoy the hot tub. What a beautiful part of the country and what a beautiful property, just what we needed for our health and recouperation. We will be back. Many thanks, Phil & Vicki

• "We arrived at this fantastic property set in a lovely peaceful location, to be greeted by Mandy who guided us around the house and showed us how to use the the hot tub, fire etc."

  The hot tub was ready for immediate use and a lovely welcome pack was waiting inside, containing prosecco, chocolate and welsh cakes etc and a welcome card wishing my husband a very Happy 70th Birthday. Berllan was spotlessly clean, had a very well equipped kitchen including an air fryer, sandwich maker, coffee machine, 2 fridges and had every utensil and cutlery/crockery you could think of. The bedrooms had lovely comfy beds and everyone had a good nights sleep

• "Fabulous holiday home of a very high standard."

  Spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great to have 2 fridge freezers!! The garden is beautiful and it was great to see a red squirrel!! • "What an amazing house!"

  We were greeted by the owner when we arrived who explained to us how to use the gas fire and hot tub and told us to get in touch if there was anything we needed. The house was clean and tidy and very welcoming. The owner had left us traditional Welsh cakes to add to our experience. The bedrooms were nice and big and the mattress that I slept on was to die for! So much so that I will be purchasing one myself! The area that we stayed in was quiet and having a hot tub to relax in at the end of a day of exploring was just what was needed! I will certainly look at booking Berllan again in the future.

• "We holiday in cottages all around the UK (at least 3 times a year, sometimes more) and Berllan has got to be the cleanest property we have ever stayed it."

  It is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need and in a great location (close to some of Anglesey's beautiful beaches). Mandy and Steve were very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything during our stay. Loved the pictures of Anglesey and the decor it was very much to our taste. The fire was lovely at night and so cosy. What a great way to let in the new year. • "Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!"

  Mandy & Steve was very welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. Mandy had called before our stay to greet us and I told her it was my birthday, which on arrival we was greeted with a bottle of champagne which I thought was a lovely gift , very thoughtful. There was constant help from them whenever you needed it. On arrival there was a detailed welcome pack full of helpful information with things to do, places to visit, taxis, places to eat, takeaways etc to help plan your stay. They really did think of everything you would need for your stay! The house is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need under one roof! We will definitely be back . 5 star *****
