*This home can accommodate a maximum of four adults and two children. At full occupancy, two children will be accommodated on sofa beds in the home office, which is at mezzanine level above bedroom two.

*There are stairs to climb at this home so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*If you wish to sit outside on the balcony, there’s a folding table and chairs in the boiler cupboard downstairs – please return them after use.
