Head out early morning for a day at the beach – so close to the coast you can even hop from one golden shore to the next as you bask in the sunshine. Build sandcastles near the lapping waves and lazily read a romance novel in the sand as you sunbathe before tracking down a restaurant for lunch.

Come home to enjoy drinks on the generous terrace, savouring the last light of the day. Put out a platter of fresh pita bread, hummus and falafel and nibble al fresco before spending an evening in the hot tub.

Keen to keep up your fitness routine? A few laps in the shared swimming pool or a session in the communal gym might be a great way to start the day, but remember to refuel before heading out for the day – the sleek kitchen back home can certainly help with that, or you can head out to one of the locals if you're not in the mood to cook.
