Of course, Devon is known for its beaches and seaside resorts, and the location of this property means that beach lovers will be spoilt for choice, with Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands, Croyde, and Woolacombe all being within a reasonable driving distance. Other places of interest in the area include Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife Park, RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal. A handy separate WC is just off the kitchen. A sun porch is also off the kitchen and has storage for boots and coats. Head back into the hallway and up the staircase to the first floor and a split level landing where you will find the three bedrooms, all spacious and light, a single with views over the rear patio and countryside beyond, a telescope is provided for those keen on wildlife. A twin room again with country views, And a large double with views over the pretty front garden, and the Taw valley. The shower room completes the accommodation and offers a shower and WC. Venture outside to the front of the property is a pathway and across this is the enclosed garden lawn with a patio area at one end where you can enjoy superb sunsets amongst the established trees and shrub.
