This property enjoys a tranquil rural location in the North Devon countryside, just a short distance from the Devon/Somerset border, and close to the edge of the stunning Exmoor National Park. Just a few miles from the coast, there is ample opportunity to explore local beaches, and hidden coves, including those at Lee Bay and Woody Bay, whilst the wide stretch of sand at Woolacombe is just fourteen miles away. For those who can tear themselves away from the delights of the coast, there is much more to see in the local area, including the Wildlife and Dinosaur park at Combe Martin, the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway, and Watermouth Castle, with its family friendly attractions. Outside, the property enjoys beautiful gardens, which are mainly set to lawn, with plenty of space to relax and run around.
