This holiday property is very cosy and comfortable. A former blacksmith s forge, it is now a lovely detached cottage at the edge of Brailles village. Upper Brailes is a characterful village with some fabulous walks originating from it. Visit the village website and consult Jim s Walks which details up to ten different circular walks most of these walks are dog friendly. Further afield, visit Banbury and Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Oxford and Bicester Village for shopping or sightseeing, and the RSC theatre is also within reasonable driving distance. The ancient market town of Shipston on Stour is great for antique shops, local pubs and eateries. On arrival at the holiday property you will find an entrance hall leading through to the lounge/kitchen/diner designed to embrace open plan living. The lounge area has a comfortable seating, a TV/DVD, and a wood burner to keep the room warm and cosy in the evenings. The kitchen area comes equipped with electric oven and hob, a microwave and fridge with ice box. Use of a washing machine can be arranged. The bedroom contains a king size zip and link bed (which can be made up as twin singles on request). There is an en suite shower room with WC for convenience too. Outside is a south facing courtyard that can be an effective sun trap, and is also ideal for that evening glass or two of wine, creating a great space for you to relax in the comfort of your own holiday home. Please note due to the location of this property a car is essential.
