The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request), along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a front terrace with seating, an enclosed rear garden with furniture, barbecue and bike storage, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 2.2 miles, there is a shop and pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome, however, smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburner, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. This charming area has something for everyone, with wonderful walking options in gorgeous South downland and Weald landscapes, and many little villages dispersed throughout the countryside providing a choice of facilities to satisfy most tastes.
