This cottage is perfect for families and friends wanting to be situated within the heart of the Peak District with easy access to its many attractions, whether on foot, by bike or car. Within 3 miles, Carsington Water offers activities such as cycling and water sports to enjoy, and miles of picturesque waterside walks. The unforgettable Chatsworth House and Farmshop (16 miles), Hardwick Hall (23 miles) and Kedleston Hall (12 miles) are great for days out, as are pretty towns and villages such as Matlock Bath (8.5 miles), Ashbourne (5 miles), Buxton (18.5 miles), and Bakewell (14 miles) all of which boast an array of independent shops and restaurants. Don t forget to stop for a Bakewell pudding. Step into the kitchen/diner and notice the beautiful, exposed beams that feature throughout the property.
