The villa has been built in keeping with the local architecture and features local stone and wooden elements. The ground floor has a sizeable living area with a working fireplace and high ceilings, a large dining area, and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Guests will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa with a private shaded terrace and a private pedestrian road leading to a beautiful sandy beach. The residence is part of a group of five homes, all with private entrances and outdoor areas. The charming village of Stenies is within walking distance, while the town of Hora is just 4 km away, offering shops, restaurants, bars and museums. Andros is also perfect for walkers and features superb beaches. A car is recommended for exploring the island.
