Farnham itself boasts a mix of independent and national retailers, a plethora of restaurants, and six supermarkets for convenient holiday provisions. Venture further to the picturesque and historically rich town of Petersfield (15 miles), with its weekly markets, Festival Hall, and a variety of dining options. Families can embark on a short journey down the A31 to discover Marwell Zoo, located around 30 miles to the west or head north to Legoland (29 miles or just a tiny bit further afield to Thorpe Park (32 miles) for an exhilarating day out. Close to home, a charming local pub beckons just 0.5 miles away. A generous dual aspect open plan kitchen/living/dining room is the ideal space to unwind and relax as a family, with a chic kitchen including lovely fittings and oven, hob and extractor plus fridge; perfect for rustling up a hearty meal to enjoy on the terrace. The living area features two comfy sofas plus a Smart TV and coffee table; whilst the dining table benefits from six chairs and is the ideal spot to play board games or peruse a map ahead of a day exploring the South Downs National Park. Heading through, the main bedroom features a double bed and en suite shower room, and there is a further king size bedroom and twin room with a zip and link bed which can be configured as a king size bed by prior arrangement. A family shower room is well fitted and completes the accommodation. The lodge is approached by steps up and is surrounded by a charming lawned area where sheep can often be found grazing. There is an attractive raised decking area, with lovely views across the farm and open countryside beyond; with a rustic outdoor dining table and benches, seating up to ten guests. Guests are welcome to explore the 100 acres of farmland and beyond via a variety of public footpaths and bridleways.
