The Old Stable is located next to the church in the pretty village of Eglingham with a great pub and is steeped in 18th Century history and has recently undergone a beautiful, internal refurbishment at the loving hands of the cottage’s owners, to allow their guests to enjoy the very best of both worlds; a range of modern facilities alongside original features and character a-plenty! The Old Stable and coach house was originally built for the local vicar in around 1706, who also happened to be the Archdeacon of Lindisfarne! The cottage is snug and warm and still retains all of its old-world charm.
