Located in the quiet Cretan village of Alikianos not far from the island's coastline, this newly built villa is the ideal spot for enjoying a little rest and relaxation. Out in the garden, peaceful afternoons can be spent floating gracefully through the swimming pool, cooking up lunch on the barbecue or lying back on the loungers with a view of the White Mountains.

What's perhaps most surprising is the home's interior, which wouldn't look out of place in an ultra-modern city apartment block. In the local area, there are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance, but the town of Chania takes around a quarter of an hour to reach by car. Gerani Beach takes a similar amount of time to reach, too.
