This Oxfordshire town sits in between the Chiltern Hills AONB and The Cotswolds. In terms of amenities, it is centred by a well-stocked High Street with shops, pubs and eateries to make the most of. It also has an 18th century church and a windmill dating from the same century. Close by is the magnificent city of Oxford, dominated by majestic architecture and with a multitude of high-quality shops, bars and restaurants - a fantastic day trip.
