Speaking of the slopes, the famous Vail Ski Resort is just a short drive away – spend the day skiing, snowboarding, or getting a few lessons if you're new to winter spots. In the summer, there are plenty of mountain hiking and cycling trails to explore, making this home a paradise no matter the season.

Deciding what to have for dinner each night is easy thanks to a barbecue – grill some local produce and enjoy alfresco on the balcony, which is surrounded by nature. Retire to the living room to round off the day playing board games with the kids, or run yourself a bubble bath and relax with a book.
