Located in what is often described as the forgotten corner of Cornwall, Portwrinkle boasts two beaches, golf course and a licenced bar and café open to non members. The neighbouring villages of Kingsands and Cawsands have all the amenities one could wish for including restaurants, traditional pubs and convenience stores. Closer by, in the village of Crafthole, you will find a small community shop, the Finnygook Inn and Aspects restaurant, only 3/4 of a mile away. For the walkers amongst you the glorious South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep, or for a spot of surfing try Whitsand bay. The nearby villages of Looe and Polperro are a must for a day trip. Take time to wonder the maze of streets, independent stores and maybe relax on the beach or the harbour. For those shopping days try the historic ocean city of Plymouth. Attractions in the area include, Antony House, Mount Edgecumbe House, karting, the Eden Project and many National Trust properties. For the keen golfers, there is an 18 hole golf course open to non members very close by. Upon arrival enter into the warm and welcoming porch that is shared with the adjoining Cottage. Enter into the comfortable lounge with wood burner, the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and put a film on the TV/DVD to cosy up to on a winters evening. From the lounge a door leads to the kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is just perfect for all your holiday home cooking requirements, consisting of an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and microwave. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and accessed via a staircase leading up from the lounge. The master, with king size bed has glorious sea views to Rame Head to the east and Dodman point to the west and the second bedroom, accessed via the master bedroom, is a single. The shower room is accessed via bedroom two and consists of a shower and WC. Heading outside to the front there is a picnic bench to enjoy the sea views. To the rear of the cottage, steps lead to elevated, tiered gardens a perfect spot to relax and watch the sun go down taking in the delightful panoramic sea views. The cottage parking space is restricted to one VERY SMALL car, to the front of the property (a Fiat 500 just fits). Other cars are able to unload at the cottage with a public carpark situated down the hill, charges apply, approx. 300m away. Regret no babies or children under 12
