A popular spot on the stunning Norfolk coast, the tranquil and picturesque coastal village of Thornham is known for the salt marsh which offers fantastic opportunities for birdwatchers. Nestling in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Thornham offers a choice of fine pubs and restaurants, and is perfect for visiting the wonderful beaches of Brancaster and Hunstanton. Just a couple of miles to the east is the RSPB reserve at Titchwell Marsh, which features a sandy beach with views across the Wash. Also nearby is the fantastic Norfolk Wildlife Trust s Holme Dunes site. This is an ideal area for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and sightseers. Within easy reach are popular destinations such as Brancaster and Hunstanton. On entering this delightful cottage, built in a traditional chalk and brick style, you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming lounge. An ideal space to relax in at the end of a wonderful day, the comfy lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating, a traditional wood burner, oak flooring, TV/DVD, and a wide selection of DVDs to enjoy. Moving into the attractively designed kitchen/diner, you will find a delightful dining area, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven with extractor, microwave, under counter fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer. There is also a ground floor WC. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find three cosy bedrooms. There s a pretty double to the rear of the cottage with a TV, one further double, and a twin with TV. Although there are three bedrooms, the property lends itself best to suiting a maximum of four adults and two children, or as a cosy retreat for couples. You will also find a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. There is a very small border at the front of the cottage and an archway which leads through to the rear where there is off road parking available for two cars in tandem. The small patio area behind the cottage has garden furniture and a chimenea, allowing you to sit back and relax. (Please note, if bringing a dog, that the rear area is not self contained. There is access across the driveway to the neighbouring garden).
