* There’s no dining table separate to the breakfast bar in the kitchen
* Guest 3 and 4 would be on a sofa bed in the living room
* There’s no in-person check-in - don’t expect a local tour guide upon arrival
* When we visited, there was some noise coming from a construction site nearby
* The balcony overlooks a busy street - it could get noisy
* Parking needs to be requested in advance, and it will cost you extra
