*Please note this apartment occupies the top floor of a larger home – the lower floor apartment is occasionally occupied by the owner but they have their own independent entrance.
*Alongside the main apartment there is also an adjoining annexe with two bedrooms.
*The entrance is also accessed via external stairs so this home may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*At full occupancy two guests will be sleeping on the double sofa bed in the living room.
*The swimming pool is available for use from the 27th of April to the 7th of November.
*There is also access to a small gym between the hours of 13:30 and 18:30.
*For guests travelling by car, there is free private parking here.
