The 1,200 m² grounds are well-kept and include a 52 m² saltwater pool with hydro massage and integrated Jacuzzi, as well as comfortable loungers and a shaded lounge area. Guests can enjoy communal meals at the large dining table on the covered terrace, which leads to the outdoor kitchen and electric grill. Spread over two floors and 284 m², the villa features a trendy style with wooden floors and natural tones that create a magical atmosphere. The first floor includes a spacious living area with fireplace, dining area, ultra-modern kitchen with filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsule machine, guest toilet, and one bedroom with bathroom en suite. The upper floor has three more double bedrooms - two with two single beds, one with a double bed and access to the balcony - all with bathroom en suite, air conditioning, TV, and beautiful panoramic sea views. A baby crib is available upon request.
