* You can only access this home via the lift although there is an emergency exit outside that is shared with the neighbour
*A child can sleep on the futon in the third bedroom
*Since the photoshoot, a piano keyboard as been added, which you are welcome to play
*There's payable parking available on the street below, but you're also only an 5-minute walk to the nearest Metro station, or 10 minutes to Saint-Lazare train station
