But you only need to head down to the elegant pool to realise it has all the modern comforts you’d want, with stylish sun loungers and day beds, outdoor sofas and chic hammocks to swing in. That’s not to say it doesn’t also have Tuscan charm, as you’ll find this aplenty when sitting under the pergola enjoying an alfresco meal. And inside, you’ll discover exposed wooden beams, a brick fireplace and enchanting archways. Cooking at home is a delight thanks to the outdoor kitchen, complete with hobs and a barbecue grill. You’ll also be able to explore 2,500 square metres of planted gardens, terraces and olive trees. At night, as the lights of the pool illuminate, relax on the terrace with a glass of local wine.
