Welcome to Beachside Cottage, a luxurious seaside cottage located in the heart of Minehead, Somerset. Recently renovated and modernized to a high standard, our cottage is the ideal location for your next seaside vacation. With three bedrooms that can sleep up to six guests, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Our fully-equipped kitchen boasts all modern appliances, including Bosch Oven, Hob, and Dishwasher, a large Samsung Fridge-freezer, and a top-of-the-range John Lewis washing machine. The spacious lounge is light and airy, with French doors that open out to the private enclosed rear garden, complete with BBQ and garden furniture. There's also a separate dining room with a large table and sideboard.

Located just a one-minute walk from Minehead's beach, shops, and other amenities, you'll have everything you need right on your doorstep. Our cottage is perfect for families and groups of friends, and dogs are welcome (2 maximum). With off-road parking for 2 cars and free Wifi, electricity, and heating included, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Facilities
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, accessories, crockery, cutlery and glasses. The equipment includes a Bosch electric oven, Bosch ceramic hob, Bosch dishwasher, Samsung Fridge Freezer, John Lewis Washing Machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. In addition there is a large breakfast bar with 3 stools.

The large dining room has a contemporary Made.com dining table that seats 6 comfortably. Also in this room is a matching Made.com sideboard with a selection of board games, puzzles and books inside.

The spacious lounge has 2 large comfortable sofas to relax in, there is also a separate seating area with 2 cosy armchairs perfect to read a book or play a game of cards. There are double french patio doors opening on to the private walled garden. The large flatscreen TV has freeview and Netflix housed on a low shelving unit containing books and games.

Wi-Fi is available at no extra cost.

The bright master bedroom benefits from dual aspect windows and has a super king-sized bed and is perfect for a honeymoon suite or brides’ room. It has a dressing table, double wardrobe and 2 bedside tables.

There is a second bedroom with a double size bed, chest of drawers and double wardrobe with an en-suite bathroom comprising of bath with shower over, toilet, and hand-basin.

The third bedroom is bright and cheery and has twin beds and chest of drawers.

The family bathroom has a large quadrant shower, toilet and hand basin.

Further information about how to use the appliances will be provided in the cottage in case you need them.

There is an under stairs cupboard off the dining room which is where you will find an iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner etc.

Access the utility room from the garden which contains a laundry area with tumble dryer, clothes airer and clothes basket .

Wifi, electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Central heating is fitted throughout the property and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Please bring outdoor/beach towels if you wish to take them with you on day trips.

Location
Minehead is a lovely seaside town that sits on the edge of Exmoor National Park. If walking is your passion, there is no better place to be. Not only do you have Exmoor stretching out before you with its magnificent views, wildlife and cosy pubs, the town is also the starting point of the Southwest National Coastal Path, the longest distance countryside trail we have. It's also the terminus for West Somerset Railway, the longest heritage railway in Britain.

The town offers a wide range of attractions, including the beach, promenade, harbour, beautiful gardens and colourful tree lined avenue with an array of shops and amenities. Dominated by the wooded slopes of North Hill, the whole area is renowned for its outstanding natural beauty.
