Swallows Reach is a big smart cottage converted from a barn on a farm near the Devon village of Halwell. The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms over two levels, all with en suite bath or shower room. On the middle floor is an open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen. Outside is a big patio with barbecue and a private lawn, as well as shared use of an indoor swimming pool, play area and games room, as well as the 300 acre farm to wander. With great facilities, Swallows Reach is a fantastic place for families to enjoy a fun and active holiday in Devon.

Three levels. Two first floor bedrooms: 1 x family room with super king double and single (can convert to three singles) with en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin, 1 x king size double with en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Two lower ground floor bedrooms: 1 x family room with super king double and single (can convert to three singles) with en suite shower room with shower, WC and basin, 1 x king size double with en suite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Lower ground floor WC with basin. Ground floor open plan living space with seating area with wood burning stove, dining area and kitchen.

Halwell is a small village in wooded farmland equidistant from the busy little town of Kingsbridge and popular Totnes.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for six cars. Shared Childrens play area, barbecue, indoor pool. Three well behaved dogs welcome. There is a pet charge of £20 per pet for the second and third pet. Sorry no smoking. Note: Swimming pool is 39' x 19' x 3' to 4'6" deep, available from 8am to 8pm; occasionally the pool is also used by owners' family and friends.
