Rowan Lodge is a fantastic wooden lodge, resting close to the village of Greetham in Rutland, East Midlands. This all-ground-floor property offers two bedrooms, a king-size double with en-suite shower room and a twin, with access to a family bathroom, sleeping a total of four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking, an enclosed patio garden with seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and a hot tub, as well as shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. Rowan Lodge is an unforgettable base for your next getaway in the county of Rutland. Note: The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour slots (per property), subject to availability, the first half hour is free, and additional half hour slots are charged at £16 for the use of the pool. Please note: This owner cannot accept a Saturday or Sunday check in at the property

Greetham village is situated within the county of Rutland, close to the historic town of Oakham and Rutland Water, a man-made nature reserve hosting many outdoors activities and watersports. Nearby Oakham has a good range of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a museum of local history, a 12th century castle and a 14th century church.
