Avoid the city traffic by following the back roads to Bouillabaisse or Grimaud beach. It’s not just a beach paradise here as you’ll find pretty hilltop towns with honey-hued buildings, like Gassin and Ramatuelle an easy drive away, and the hillsides are speckled with rosé vineyards too.
